RacerXtreme, to my way of thinking there must be at least a few dozen more or less intact Shearer type systems still scattered about; there were thousands of them originally. I know of only one such installation in CA. It was an RCA supplied system using Lansing speaker components on RCA "Directional Baffles" (horns). I won't mention the location as the owner might be swamped with inquiries from resellers, and he is not interested in selling it. Anyway, it has two stacked W bins using a total of four Lansing 15XS woofers and an early version of a 1005 tar filled horn up top with Y throat and two Lansing 284 or 285 drivers (I didn't climb up to look).
